Shipping policy


OUR SHIPPING OPTIONS:

-We ship to the US as well as APO addresses.


USPS

USPS SHIPPING: We offer First Class and Priority Mail based on the weight of the order. Delivery times vary based on the customer's location. Flat rate of $7.99.

Orders over $150 qualify for Free USPS shipping. 

-Stated USPS shipping times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery within the carrier estimated delivery days.


FedEx

FedEx HOME DELIVERY: 1-7 business days, based on distance to destination.
FedEx 2ND DAY: Delivered Monday-Friday. The two-day time frame does NOT count the day the order is placed, or the day the order ships.
FedEx STANDARD OVERNIGHT: Arrives next business day afternoon.
FedEx PRIORITY OVERNIGHT: Arrives next business day morning.
-All FedEx Express orders will ship next business day (the day after the order is placed if in stock and not monogrammed).
-FedEx Express orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same day (if item is in stock and not monogrammed.) Orders placed after 2PM EST will ship the next business day.
-Monogrammed FedEx orders complete personalization (7-14 business days) and then ship.
-All FedEx shipping options: prices will vary depending on the customers address.
-Deliveries will be made Tuesday-Saturday with the FedEx option of “Home Delivery”.
-Deliveries will be made Monday-Friday using the FedEx 2Day, Overnight, International and APO/AFO options.
-Orders shipped with signature confirmation required upon delivery.

 

Additional Information

-Our customer service hours of operation are Monday–Friday from 9:00AM to 4:00PM EST.
-Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to ship from our facility. If we are experiencing extreme volume, or following a Site-wide Sale, orders placed may take a longer time to leave our warehouse.
-Due to our expedited order processing we cannot make product substitutions or cancellations once an order has been placed.
-Please note, orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped USPS. Stated USPS shipping times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery within the carrier estimated delivery days.
-All orders shipped to P.O. boxes are shipped USPS.
-APO/FPO address are shipped USPS as required by law.
-If you have any delivery exceptions with your order, notify us within 5 business days (M-F) of your expected delivery day. We cannot be financially responsible for expenses incurred if you do not report your issue to us within this time frame.
