Return Processing
We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit only.
We currently do not allow items to be exchanged.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached. Including any Shrimp & Grits Kids hangtags.
- Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Items with a personalization are not eligible for return.
Please note -
- If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
- If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Click the Create Return link below and follow the on screen instructions. Have your Order Number and email address used to purchase handy.
2. If using the original Shrimp & Grits Kids packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse.
**Shrimp & Grits Kids is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
