Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
How do I return?
- Visit our Returns Center HERE
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. The return process will walk you through the steps to complete your return.
What items are eligible for return?
- Merchandise purchased within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- Unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed items.
- Merchandise with all tags, including any Shrimp & Grits Kids hangtags, attached.
- If footwear is unworn and has the shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (final sale items, some past season items)
- Personalized items are not eligible for return.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date with your order number and a picture of the defect (info@shrimpandgritskids.com, 843-884-9310). If you fail to do so within this timeframe, the item will be unable to be processed as a return.
Can my items be exchanged?
We do not allow items to be exchanged.
What are my refund options?
- Our company returns in the form of store credit only.
How do I ship back my items?
You will receive a prepaid USPS postage label during the return process.
How soon will I get my store credit?
Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, the return request will be processed within 2-3 business days after approval.
Price Matching
Price matching cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Emails
Please be on the lookout for emails in regards to your return. These emails may sometimes go to spam or junk.
Offset Returns
Products are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund for up to 30 days following the purchase date.
We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.
Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.
