Can my items be exchanged?
Yes, we offer exchanges for customers who visit our retail store in person.
In-Store Exchanges
Eligible merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase when brought to our retail location:

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability at the time of the visit.
Shipped Orders
We do not offer exchanges by mail.
Due to the nature of our inventory, product availability can change daily. Managing exchange requests through shipping often results in items becoming unavailable before the exchange can be completed.
If you are unable to visit our store in person, eligible returns may be processed according to our return policy. Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued. You may then use your store credit to place a new order for any available merchandise.
Refund Options
Eligible returns are issued as store credit only.
We do not provide refunds to the original payment method except where required by law.
What items are eligible for return?
- Merchandise purchased within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Unworn, unwashed, unstained, and unperfumed items.
- Merchandise with all original tags attached.
- Footwear that is unworn and returned in its original shoebox without postal labels attached.
What items are non-returnable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Final sale items
- Discounted items designated as final sale
Why do we limit exchanges to in-store visits?
Our inventory changes frequently throughout the season. In-person exchanges allow our team to help customers immediately and ensure the desired replacement item is available before completing the transaction.
