Welcome! Below you'll find key details for approved Shrimp & Grits Kids wholesale partners. Our goal is to make ordering simple, transparent, and seamless from start to finish. 

Order & Quantity Minimum 

  • $150 minimum per order (based on wholesale pricing, before shipping and taxes).
  • You must order a minimum of 5 pieces per product. 

Pricing

  • Wholesale pricing is available upon account approval.
  • Prices may vary by collection and are subject to change.
  • Wholesale orders are not eligible for retail promotions or free shipping unless noted.

Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are placed through our wholesale portal or approved line sheets.
  • Orders may NOT be placed on an affiliate link. They will be canceled. 
  • Orders cannot be modified once confirmed.
  • Full payment is required prior to processing unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Shipping Timeline

  • In-stock items typically ship within 3-4 business days.
  • Pre-order or made-to-order items ship per timelines listed online or on the product line sheet.
  • All timelines are estimates and may vary.
  • We offer Fedex Live Rates as shipping options only.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout or invoiced separately.
  • Carrier delays or delivery issues are outside of our control once orders leave our facility. 
  • Shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photos.

Returns & Cancellations

  • All wholesale orders are final sale.
  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
  • Approved cancellations prior to processing may be subject to a fee.

Brand Guidelines

  • Retailer agree to follow all MAP and resale guidleines.
  • Third-party marketplace selling (Amazon, Walmart, ect.) is not permitted without written approval from Shrimp & Grits Kids. 
  • Approved retailers may use provided product images for marketing purposes only.

Exclusivity

  • Exclusivity is not granted unless outlined in a separate written agreement.
